The other name of wood fired pizza oven in Italian is “Forno”. Usually wood fired pizza ovens are made as outdoor ovens and when it comes to fuel, this oven uses wood. Basically pizza oven can be divided into two classes depending on the type of fuel is used which are: black ovens and white ovens. The primary difference between these two types of ovens is that one of them uses wood as fuel and the other uses bi-products or natural gas as the fuel to produce the necessary amount of heat that bakes the pizza nicely. At first wood is inserted inside the cooker to burn and produce heat. Then the food item is put inside it near the fire where the wood is being burnt. It can be done easily in this method. After burning the wood, embers can be removed or put aside and then the dough with toppings can be inserted to make a tasty pizza.
