1. For the first use of non-stick cookwares, tear off the labels, rinse with clean water and use a cloth to dry it, apply a thin layer of edible oils (except butter and lard) as maintenance, then wash before use.
2. Use the spatula made of heat-resistant nylon, plastic or wooden, and avoid sharp shovel or metal utensils damage nonstick surfaces.
3. The non-stick cookware heat evenly, you can cook the delicious food using medium and small fire. When using the big fire, there must have food or water in pot.
4. After cooking finished, you cannot wash them immediately with cold water, cool it down and wash the pot with clean water. You can use hot water and sponge dipped detergent to clean the stubborn stains, don't use coarse cloth or metal balls to scrub the pot vigorously.
5. Also keep in mind that the using temperature limits below 250 ℃, and it cannot cook acidic foods.
