4.The application about the silicone

Due to the excellent features and functions of the silicone,it has a greatly wide application.The silicone products are alomost used in all walks of life.With the development of the science and technology.The silicone product is not only adopted by the military and aerospace feild,but also applied to the manufacturing industries such as the construction industry,the electronic industry and automobile industry.

(1)The mian applicaion of silicone oil and its derivatives are:release agent , damping oil , dielectric oil, hydraulic oil , heat transfer oil , diffusion pump oil , defoamers , lubricants , hydrophobic agents , paint additives , polishes , cosmetics and daily necessities additive , a surfactant , particles and fiber processing agent , grease, flocculant.

(2)The RTV silicone rubber are divided into normal silicone rubber and high-temperature silicone rubber.The former is mainly used in:sealants, adhesives , conformal coatings, gaskets, foam rubber , molded parts , packaging materials, electrical insulation , glazing , medical implants , surgical auxiliary materials , molding materials.
