Generally speaking,the silicone products can be divided into three main categories.

(1)The Molded Silicone Product

Molded silicone product is usually made through a series of careful and strict operation.Firstly,put or place the solid silicone raw materials which has been added curing agent into the specific high temperature mold;secondly,then the mold has to be handled under high pressure from vulcanizing machine;thirdly,the final product was born.In a word,the molded silicone product has gone through high-temperature sulfur into solidified molding.

The hardness of molded silicone is usually 30 °C-70 °C,the color can be selected and modulated from the Pantone to get ideal color.Besides,the final shape of molded silicone product is determined by the mould shape.It’s a fact that molded silicone products industry are currently the most widely used one type.They mainly serve as silicone industrial parts, buttons, silicone gifts, silicone wristbands, silicone watches, key cases, mobile phone sets, silicone kitchenware, silicone pads, ice lattice, bakeware and so on.
